With a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, Joyce brings an unrivalled drive and passion into her business, achieving record breaking results. Having lived locally to Cupar for all her life, she is well known and respected within the community and has created strong and lasting business relationships. Joyce enjoys getting out and about on her e-bike and touring the UK for clay pigeon shooting competitions with her husband, Ian.
Erin Campbell-Lawrie
Director & Property Manager
Erin carries out our valuations across north east Fife, visiting properties to take on new clients and provide expert guidance on the selling process. If you have visited our office then you may have met Erin's dog Ozzy, who enjoys meeting clients. When not at work, Erin enjoys spending time in her garden and going on holidays with her husband, Blair.
Charlene Anderson
Customer Relations
Charlene covers all aspects of customer care, liaising with surveyors and solicitors, and ensuring that clients are kept informed throughout their sale. Charlene is a main point of contact within the office and is always ready to give a warm welcome to visitors at 56 Bonnygate. Charlene enjoys spending her free time with family, friends, and dog, Mylo, and is rather partial to a shopping trip.
Val White
Marketing Support
Val joined the team in 2021 and assists with many aspects of the business including property marketing and customer relations. When not at work, Val enjoys spending time with her daughters and grandchildren, as well as weekend breaks with her husband and spaniel, Mac.
Gill Laing
Property Relations
Gill previously worked for us as a viewing agent and is now based in our office. Gill oversees our property matching, helping buyers to find their next home. When not at work, Gill enjoys travelling and eating out, as well as spending time with her two labradors, children and granddaughter.
