Meldrums in Ceres was also a closed bar/restaurant with masses of potential, sold by Lawrie Estate Agents. The property is owned by Jim Valentine and has now has re-opened as restaurant with rooms.

Another success was Springfield Tavern and the owner’s house, both sold in a short period of time. It will be interesting to see what happens with this one!

Finlay’s joiner’s yard in Kingskettle was sold by us last year, with the new owner planning to turn this into an impressive contemporary home.

Ostlers Close restaurant in Cupar had been closed for some time due to owner’s health and had previously been on the market with another agent well over a year. Lawrie relaunched the sale and had an offer from a local businessman within a week of marketing. This is now home to Greenhouse Bar & Grill.
